15 Night Iceland Cruise from Hamburg £450 No Supplement

Costa has a great last minute deal on a 15 night itinerary from Hamburg to Iceland. There is no single supplement, an inside is £440, a balcony £650. I'd love to go, but I 'm a bit apprehensive about taking a cruise on a non English speaking line where almost all the passengers wouldn't be English speakers.
