Hello,
I am a single female who loves to cruise. I enjoy reading and sightseeing. I love to participate in all the onboard activities and enjoy the roll call groups on Cruise Critic and participating in their activities. I use a scooter on the ship because I have mobility issues and have a handicapped access cabin. I prefer a balcony cabin for longer cruises if possible but Ocean View works too especially for shorter cruises.
I just booked a cabin on the Norwegian Encore for their 21 day repositioning cruise in October 2024. It originates in Seattle then on to LA and then the Mexican Riviera (Cabo, Acapulco, Puerta Vallarta) Guatemala, Costa Rica, and Panama then through the Panama Canal and up to Miami. I booked this when they were having a second cruiser free when using their air travel. I found their air was cheaper than what I could have gotten so that was no hardship. I realize that this is quite a ways away yet but it is a long cruise and I am sure people need longer to plan for cruises of that duration.
I am a non-smoker, social drinker, I love poker so tend to hit the casino a few nights. I am not concerned if my cabin mate is male or female. We can be as involved with each other's activities as works out. I have had cruise mates whom I rarely saw except at onboard dinning and others whom I have done lots of excursions with and had lots of fun both ways. However it develops I am flexible. Please note I am not looking for a romantic situation.
